How to Use
Pour 2 parts of WELLA COLORCHARM developer in a bowl or bottle first and then mix in 1 part permanent cream hair color. Apply the mixture to the hair. Process for 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes if additional depth or gray coverage is needed.
