Recommendation Uses
Hair - Apply oil directly to the scalp and massage in.  Use 4 to 5 times per week as needed.
 
Hot oil treatment -  Warm oil for 3 minutes in hot water (not boiling),  apply directly to scalp and hair.  Cover with a shower cap and leave for a minimum of 30 minutes.  Shampoo and conditioner as usual.  Non Synthetic recommended.
