How to Use
Before use: …Conduct a patch test before use for any sensitivity or allergic reactions. Cut out a small piece of the tape and wear it inside of your wrist, elbow, or below your chest for at least 8 hours. If you experience any itching, irritation, or discomfort of any kind, discontinue use.
 
To use: ...Make sure skin is clean, dry, oil and lotion-free. Measure and precut the perfect amount of Body Contour Tape to complement your breast size and garment of choice. Remove the backing and hold the breast in desired position. Start taping on to the skin from the bottom up, smoothing and stretching the tape as you go. Use more tape if necessary. If placing the tape over the nipple, apply nipple covers before use.
 
 To remove: ...To remove, apply warm water, lotion or oil on and around the edges and gently lift off the tape. Use oil or alcohol to wipe off any residue.
